- Delivery and Returns
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the MyAppliances.co.uk website and every order placed with MyAppliances.co.uk.
We are dedicated to excellent customer service. Please take a look at the following terms and conditions that apply to your order and make sure that you’re happy with them before you place an order.
1. The contract between MyAppliances and You
When you place an order, you agree to purchase the product(s) from us. After the order is placed we will send you an email which acknowledges the order. We will only accept the offer once the order is ready to dispatch, at which time the contract formed between us becomes legally binding. Until that time we reserve the right to not supply the goods for any reason, for example, a pricing error or a stock shortage. In the event of such circumstances we will refund any price you have paid to us.
2. Availability
Wherever possible we display the stock availability of all items on our website. However, when relying on any computer based stock systems errors can occasionally occur. If we have made an error on the availability of an item we will let you know as soon as we can so that we can sort it out for you.
3. Information on the website
We endeavour to make sure that all information on products listed on MyAppliances.co.uk is as accurate as possible. With regards to product dimensions, it is important to note that they do not include any product features which may protrude from the main body of the item, such as control knobs, handles etc. Dimensions represent the casing of the item only. Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all dimensions (including height, width, depth and any other weights or measurements) are approximate only.
With regard to product colours and images, we have tried to represent them as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that the image displayed on your device will accurately reflect the product you receive. Please note that due to manufacturing changes the colours may also vary.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that product specifications are correct on the website, due to continual product development, specifications may change without notice.
Any customer reviews of the products we have available for sale on our website are solely the opinions of customers and therefore do not form any part of the specification or description of the product. We shall not be held liable for the inaccurate content of customer reviews.
You acknowledge and agree that:
a) The copyright in the photos, videos, data, text or any other content used on our website belongs to us and/or our suppliers. Likewise the overall look and feel of the website is ours. You are only permitted to use any material from this website as expressly authorised by us or our suppliers.
b) We are entitled to change or amend our website and any of the content (including but not limited to photos, videos and text) without giving you prior notice (Please note that the terms and conditions applicable when you placed your order will still apply to those products purchased).
4. Prices
All the prices displayed on the website include VAT but do not include the cost of other services, such as delivery, unless stated specifically on the website.
We offer a ‘Price Match Promise’ which is that if you find a product with the same specification on any other website, we will give you double the difference. There are certain conditions which will apply to this, and they can be found here.
5. Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment through this website. We also accept PayPal payments for orders. We do not charge any surcharge for accepting payment. All payments are protected by the use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure your details are secure.

We can deliver to anywhere with a UK postcode. Please note that there may be additional charges for delivery to the following areas: Certain areas of Scotland, The Isle of Man, The Republic of Ireland, The Isle of White, Jersey and Guernsey.
Some of the products we sell are large and heavy to carry, so there may be occasions when we may be unable to get it into your property. Whenever possible we would ask you to supply information to this effect to us as quickly as possible. If you have many steps, corridors or doors which are too narrow or there are other obstructions we may not be able to successfully delivery your product. In these types of situations it may be possible to offer delivery to an alternative location so that you get the product in yourself.
Sometimes things happen that we simply cannot foresee or control – such as adverse weather or an event which has caused road closures. Whilst we will try our hardest to work around such unforeseeable events, we can’t be held liable if we can’t fulfil delivery due to reasons beyond our control.
There are different delivery options available, depending on your needs. These options are set out clearly on the checkout page before you place your order. If you do not select an enhanced delivery option (such as the two man delivery service) we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues which may occur due to the incorrect option being chosen at the time of purchase.
7. Cancellation
If you are unhappy with your product or have changed your mind you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the product and receive a refund. We are happy for you to unpack the appliance to inspect it properly, but if you have used the product beyond inspection we may only be able to offer a partial refund or charge you for the reduction in value due to the fact that we may be unable to sell on the returned product. The refund will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product.
