Contacted my appliance for information. They gave me a quick response which made me feel confident in buying from them.

My order was dealt with very efficiently and my appliance was delivered exactly on the day it was scheduled. I'm very pleased with the service received and will use this company for further orders in the future.

Excellent product, this washing machine was a replacement for a Hoover washing machine that broke down.
It runs very quietly and has several wash programmes. The warrenty is an added bonus and I would highly recommend this product.

Product was very reasonably priced. Had to contact to change delivery address. This was dealt with and changed with no problem from actual person (No AI). Will use use and recommend

Good order process and product was packaged well. No tracking and confirmation provided after the order confirmation.

The service from MyAppliances was efficient and the hob arrived on time.
Sadly the induction hob turned out when fitted to be distorted and a replacement was sent by express delivery.
I had to pay the electrician for both attempts at fitting as I was told I should have inspected the hob before calling him in. No allowance was made for the defect only becoming obvious on fitting.
So high marks for customer service but deduction for lack of flexibility about compensation.

Very neat and simple to use

I ordered cooker filters it stated that there was 2 in the packet but only recieved 1 contacted My appliances they said you only get 1 I told her to look on the web page and it clearly was told it was a overbite on their behalf I said that they were giving false information and that I was going to contact trading standards

Unboxed and had a real good look at my extractor fan looks great, but I haven't fitted it yet but up till now no complaints.packed really good only thing is I thought that the filter came with it, but I've got to buy them separately.texed the company to ask if I can buy at the discounted price but up till now I've had no response.

We're very pleased with the Gas Hob purchased from MyAppliances. It's an improvement on the previous gas hob, especially cleaning after cooking witht the glass base. All the burners ignite on the first try which was not the case with the previous hob and caused much frustration. It blends in with all the current kitchen apliances and has a a modern appearance and even though we were on a budget it looks more expensive than the price we paid for it. Overall very good value for money and the hob was delivered as scheduled.

The appliance itself is working fine and arrived when it should. Only issue is I have not got a receipt and despite writing an email twice have not had any response.

Good company, but invoice should be sent to the customer as soon as the order is completed.
Also delivery took too long.
We have not open the item yet to see if it is ok
